To help us respond quickly, please send:
- your letter of instruction and the questions you would like the report to answer;
- the claimant's details and the date of the incident;
- relevant medical records;
- any existing MRI, ultrasound or X-ray images and reports, or details of where they were taken;
- your deadline, if the case is time-sensitive.
We will then discuss the scope of the report, the timescale and the fee with you.
