Website Terms of Use
Last updated 5 October 2026.
By using lsri.uk you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website only; our clinical services are governed by our Terms and Conditions of Service.
1. Who we are. lsri.uk is operated by LSRI LTD (company number 15796158), trading as London Sports and Rheumatology Imaging. Contact: info@lsri.uk, 0203 633 5040.
2. Medical information is general, not advice. The content on this site (including condition pages, service pages, blog articles, FAQs, guides, prices and any AI-generated summaries of our pages shown by search engines) is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, does not create a doctor–patient relationship, and must not be used to diagnose, treat or make decisions about any condition. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician about your own circumstances. Never delay seeking care because of something you read here.
3. No emergency service. LSRI does not provide emergency or urgent care. If you think you have a medical emergency, call 999 or go to your nearest Accident & Emergency department. Messages sent through this site, by email or by WhatsApp are not monitored 24 hours a day.
4. Accuracy and availability. We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we give no warranty that it is complete, correct, current, free of errors or viruses, or always available. Prices shown are indicative, may change without notice and are confirmed only when you book. Descriptions of procedures, success rates, turnaround times and locations are general and may vary for individual patients. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
5. Bookings and enquiries made online. Submitting a contact or referral form, or requesting an appointment online, is a request only. No appointment or contract exists until we confirm it. Our Terms and Conditions of Service apply to any confirmed booking.
6. Intellectual property. All content on lsri.uk — text, images, scan illustrations, logos, graphics, page design and code — is owned by or licensed to LSRI LTD and protected by copyright, trade-mark and database rights. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, frame, mine (including for training AI models) or commercially exploit any content without our written permission. “LSRI” and “London Sports and Rheumatology Imaging” are our trading names.
7. Acceptable use. You must not: use the site unlawfully or fraudulently; attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, its server or any connected system; introduce malware; use automated tools to scrape or overload it; submit false, defamatory, abusive or infringing material through our forms; or impersonate anyone. We may block access and report offences to law-enforcement authorities.
8. Reviews and user content. Reviews shown on the site are published by patients on Google and displayed through a third-party widget; they are the authors’ own views, not ours, and we do not verify every review. Any content you submit to us (for example feedback or testimonials) may be used by us, with your consent where personal data is involved, in any media without payment.
9. Third-party links and services. The site links to and embeds third-party services (Google Maps, Google reviews, Carepatron booking, Jotform, WhatsApp, insurer and professional-body websites, partner centres). We do not control them and accept no responsibility for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LSRI LTD, its directors, clinicians, staff and contractors exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profit or business) arising from your use of, or inability to use, lsri.uk or anything on it, or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (Consumer Rights Act 2015, section 65; Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, section 2). If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your statutory rights.
11. Privacy. Our use of your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.
12. General. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction (consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings there). If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version here.
